Q: I'm a parent/guardian, how can I add Crusader Cash to my student's account?

A: Your student must first grant you access to One Card before you can add cash to their account. Once access is granted, you will receive an email with a link to the website, and a password. You can make a Crusader Cash deposit by completing the below once logged in (please also check out this YouTube video).

  • Click the menu option on the left called "MAKE A CRUSADER CASH DEPOSIT"
  • Select the Payment Type from the dropdown
  • Select the Amount
  • Add the Email for mailing the receipt
  • Click Continue and will be directed to a payment screen to complete the transaction

Q: I'm a student, how do I grant parent/guardian access to add Crusader Cash funds to my account?

A: Grant a parent or guest user access to add funds to your Holy Cross OneCard by completing the below once logged in (please also check out this YouTube video).

  • Click the menu option on the left called "GRANT PARENT & GUEST ACCESS"
  • Click the "ADD" button for adding a user and enter their email address
  • Uncheck all the access boxes so that your guest user can only make a Crusader Cash deposit
  • Click the "ADD" button again and the user should receive an email with a link

Q: Can I make a Crusader Cash deposit with Apply Pay or Google Pay?

A: You can make a Crusader Cash deposit with Apple Pay if you are using Safari.

Google Pay is currently not supported.

Q: Do I still use GrubHub for mobile ordering?

A: Yes! GrubHub is the College's partner for mobile ordering. Additionally, we have installed 5 new GrubHub kiosks at Crossroads and Cool Beans for more efficient ordering.

Q: I'm an incoming Freshman student, how do I obtain a physical Holy Cross ID Card?

A: Incoming Freshman students should upload their photo to the Holy Cross OneCard Services website by logging in and clicking the menu item called "UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO." Students should follow the instructions to upload a photo.

Q: I lost my physical Holy Cross ID Card! What do I do now?

A: If you ever lose your Holy Cross ID, you can purchase a new ID for $20. You will be asked to scan a QR code and pay for it when you pick it up at Public Safety (no charge for magnetic strip issue, but old ID must be turned in at time of pickup).

Due to current conditions, Public Safety only accepts online requests for replacement HC ID cards. Please fill out the information in this Google form.

Public Safety will notify you via email when your card is ready for pickup. You will be asked to scan a QR code and pay for it when you pick it up at Public Safety (no charge for magnetic strip issue, but old ID must be turned in at time of pickup).

A: Holy Cross Dining offers full-service dining to the entire campus community including students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents and campus guests. Students are our priority, and you will get to know us well during your years on The Hill. Please check out our website for more information.
